No work stoppage when replacing worn tools
The tools required for the two clamping and debugging processes are installed on a 4-sided rotary table. If necessary, the worn tool can be replaced with a new tool at the same time. All machines are equipped with a PROME-TEC interrupt control system to monitor the process. In the event of interrupted cutting or extreme tool wear, the tolerance limits of the feed power monitor are exceeded, which leads to an automatic shutdown of the feed device. Therefore, the tool can be automatically replaced in the process of picking.

The counter shaft has all the functions of an NC tailstock and can be used as a support or drill shank. The path measurement on the X-axis is carried out directly by the path measurement system.
